The validity of the purchased package is determined by the offer dates.

The purchased package can be used within the period specified in the offer. Changing the stay to another date requires the hotel's consent.
A deposit of 80% of the order value is required.

Cancellation terms:
The purchased package cannot be canceled free of charge. If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the planned arrival date, the purchased package can be used on another selected date (taking into account changes in seasonal prices); otherwise, the purchased package is forfeited. This provision does not apply to the selection of a hotel offer designated as "non-refundable," in which case the purchased package is non-cancellable.
Refund of the deposit paid:
If a guest cancels a reservation up to 30 days before their planned arrival, the deposit will be applied to the reservation for another date. In other cases, or if the "non-refundable" offer is selected, the deposit will be forfeited to the hotel.
Hotel Regulations
The Amber Palace Hotel Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability, and stay on the hotel premises. They are an integral part of the contract concluded by making a reservation, paying a deposit or the entire amount for the stay, or signing the registration card. By performing these actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and fully accept the terms of the regulations and undertake to abide by them.
