The gift card includes 8% VAT.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Extending the validity of the gift card for another 6 months costs 50zł.

Reservation:
The purchased gift card can be used at any time agreed with the hotel reception. The gift card cannot be used to purchase other promotional products.

Cancellation Policy:
The card expires if it is not used within its validity period.The hotel does not refund the deposited amount.

The Amber Palace Hotel Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability, and stay on the hotel premises. They are an integral part of the contract concluded by making a reservation, paying a deposit or the entire amount for the stay, or signing the registration card. By performing these actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and fully accept the terms of the regulations and undertake to abide by them. The Hotel Regulations are available below and at the Hotel Reception.
