The hotel spa is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.
Reception is open 24 hours a day.

This package cannot be used during Christmas, Easter, or New Year's Eve.

Non-refundable offer – 10% discount. Purchasing a non-refundable offer requires the stay to be booked on the original reservation date. It is not possible to cancel or transfer the reservation to another date (as per the cancellation terms below).

The package includes 8% VAT. The package cannot be combined with other promotions.

Purchase as a Gift Voucher
If you would like to purchase the package as a gift for someone, please let us know. We will send a gift voucher to your address in either electronic or paper format. The purchased package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Extending its validity by another 6 months is possible for a fee of PLN 100. Before purchasing the package, please confirm room availability with the hotel reception.

Purchase:
A deposit of 50% of the order value is required. The package can be purchased:

• by credit card, in which case you must send your credit card number, expiration date, CVC number, and consent to charge

Cancellation Policy:
The purchased package can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel your reservation 7-30 days before your planned arrival, you can use the booked accommodation on another date (taking into account changes in seasonal prices). In other cases, the booked accommodation will be forfeited. This provision does not apply to the selection of a hotel offer designated as a "non-refundable offer," in which case the booked accommodation cannot be canceled.

Refund of the deposit:
If the Guest cancels the reservation more than 30 days before the start of the stay, the Hotel will refund the deposit. If the reservation is canceled 7-30 days before the planned arrival date, the deposit will be credited towards the reservation for another date. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the planned arrival date or if the "non-refundable offer" is selected, the deposit will be forfeited to the Hotel.
